About our service
We are an independent appliance repair service based in Kolkata, working on two things: water heaters and microwave ovens. We repair them, service them, install them and maintain them, at customers’ homes across the city.
Focusing on two appliances rather than everything is deliberate. It means the technician who arrives at your door has seen your fault before, carries the parts that actually fail on these units, and can usually finish the job in one visit instead of coming back with a part after diagnosing it.
What we do
Geyser repair and service
Storage and instant water heaters — heating elements, thermostats, thermal cut-outs, pressure relief valves, leaks, descaling, earthing faults, installation and replacement. Read more about our geyser services.

How we work
Everything is done at your home. You call or send a WhatsApp message, tell us the appliance, brand and fault, and we agree a time. The technician inspects the unit, explains what has failed, tells you what the repair costs, and then carries it out. You keep the part that was removed.
If a repair does not make financial sense — a corroded geyser tank, a rusted-through microwave cavity, a magnetron on an old entry-level oven — we say so rather than quoting for work that will not last. We would rather give you a straight answer than sell you a repair twice.
Independent, not an authorised service centre
This matters, so it is worth stating plainly: we are an independent repair business. We are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer and are not affiliated with Bajaj, Venus, Racold, V-Guard, AO Smith, Crompton, Havells, Kenstar, Haier, Jaguar, Orient, Remson, LG, Samsung, IFB, Whirlpool, Panasonic, Godrej, Onida, Electrolux, Sharp or any other brand we repair.
What that means for you in practice: if your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, go to the brand’s own service centre first, because using an independent repairer can affect that cover. Where we work
We cover South Kolkata, Central Kolkata, North Kolkata and East Kolkata, including Salt Lake, Bidhannagar, New Town, Rajarhat and Dum Dum, along with nearby areas such as Howrah, Narendrapur and Sonarpur. The service areas page lists the neighbourhoods in each part of the city.
Being local matters more than it sounds for these two appliances. Parts of Kolkata have hard water, which scales up a heating element far faster than the manufacturer’s manual assumes, and voltage fluctuation is hard on thermostats and microwave control boards. A technician who works these streets every day already expects that before opening the unit.
